Kano State Governor, Abba Kabir Yusuf, has declared that the state is fully committed to ensuring the victory of the All Progressives Congress (APC) at all levels in the 2027 general elections, pledging that Kano would deliver massive votes for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s re-election.
The governor made the declaration during an interactive session with elected and appointed government officials at the Coronation Hall, Government House, Kano.
This was contained in a statement issued on Saturday by his spokesman, Sunusi Bature Dawakin Tofa, a copy was made available to the press in Kano
Yusuf said the APC administration in Kano had no apology for supporting President Tinubu, describing the president’s re-election as a collective responsibility of all party members and government officials.
He directed all political appointees in his administration who have yet to register as APC members to do so immediately, stressing that every elected and appointed official must identify with the party and actively participate in strengthening its structures ahead of the polls.
