How I was detained for 37-Days over my political ambition - Prince Adedipe recount ordeal

HOW I WAS UNLAWFULLY DETAINED FOR 37 DAYS BECAUSE OF MY POLITICAL AMBITION-HON.ADEDIPE DAUD EWENLA

Hon.  Prince Adedipe Daud Ewenla, MD and CEO of Adedas development Foundation and aspirant Lagos State House of assembly, I described my 37 days in cell by the former commissioner of police, Imohimi Edgal, as politically motivated and handwork of my political enemies and opponents.

In Nigeria, everybody has the right to contest under any political party of his choice, but it seems that in Lagos state, it’s a crime to be a member of opposition party, that was my offence and only reason I was detained and dehumanized for the crime I did not committed.

My wife was detained for nine days while I was in detention for thirty seven days unlawful after my appearance before the OC SARS, Ikeja Police Command, all because I wanted to represent my good people of Alimosho Constituency 01 at Lagos State House of assembly under Peoples Democratic Party. My dream and ambition to do this was murdered by Edgai and his sponsors.

‘I don’t know why former Lagos State Commissioner, Edgahi, was determined to nail  and destroy my hard earned name  by all cost for the offence I know nothing about. I want to ask him if he was former commissioner of police in Lagos for everybody or for certain political party?.

The man was sponsored and used by my political opponents to link me with pipeline vandalisation that occured at Abule-Egba in December. He declared me wanted in the front of newspaper, he lied against me and want to destroyed the name I have built for years all in the name of politics and the money he has collected from my opponents.

He put my name in google and you tube as a criminal while those vandals arrested said I was not part of them, but he was very smart in carrying out his devilish and image destroyed act, he did not parade me among the arrested vandals, I know my arrest and detained based on political under tone. I know Almighty God will judge everybody behind my detain for the offence I did not committed.

Those who know me very well knew that I’m very law abiding citizen and I don’t encourage illegality.
