Finally, Adedipe Appears Before The Police After Declaring Wanted


Youths, Community Leaders Demand His Release from FSARS....

Subsequent to the inferno that burnt over 100 shops, 50 houses in December,2018 at Abule Egba, Lagos State, Honorable Prince Adedipe Dauda Ewenla was declared wanted for allegedly vandalism and other atrocities by the Nigeria Police Force, Lagos State command.

Prince Adedipe appeared before the Federal SARS office of the police force in Ikeja Lagos State after which he was cleared to him that the allegations before him was related to fire outbreak caused by vandalism syndicates at Abule Egba area in December 2018.

Meanwhile, Hon. Adedipe Ewenla is a property consultant, security expert as well as a candidate vying for the position of house of assembly in Alimosho  constituency 01 under the People's Democratic Party PDP.
He is naive of the allegations levied against him by the Nigeria Police Force, he is an hardworking man with integrity to protect, he has nothing to do with the recent vandalization of petroleum pipeline that caused the fire outbreak recently in Abule Egba.

The secretary to the Ewenla movement group, Mr. Shodiya Adebayo when we contacted him in his office explained to our correspondent that he was also arrested in relation to the allegations on the 23rd of December 2018 but later released on the 31st of December to his family. He also said that was when he gained access to communicate to Honorable Dauda Adedipe Ewenla and inform him about the ugly incidence and the wanted declaration by the police command in relation with the vandalisation.
Honorable Adedipe later moved to present himself before the Nigeria Police Force, SARS department office in Ikeja as against the claim by the POLICE that  they arrested him.
Shodiya however said the  allegation against Hon.Prince Adedipe Dauda Ewenla by the police is not true because he has presented himself before the command. He Added.

However,  the matter is presently before the Federal High Court Ikoyi as at the time of filing this report.
"We demand Honorable Adedipe Dauda Ewenla to be released according to the pursuit of the law and allow him to further his political sojourn because the opposition parties are taking this incidence as a point of attack and gaining the heart of his loyalists, The Community and other Members of Ewenla movement as well as the general public believes Honorable Dauda is innocent of the allegations and he should not be unlawfully remanded in detention has did by the Federal SARS in Ikeja for some weeks now.
