The newly elected executive members of the Inter Party Advisory Council (IPAC) were on Monday, sworn in by the Chairman of the electoral committee.
The ceremony held at the Cultural Centre had in attendance over 15 Chairmen of political parties and other key stake holders in the Nigerian electoral process including INEC Observers.
Other members of the executive who swore to the oath of office included:

Prince Adefemi Omoniyi (Kowa Party) - Secretary
Prince Obasanjo Adedamola Obasesan ( Young Party) - Assistant Secretary
Chief Alani Oliyide (A A) Treasurer
Comrade Bolanle Bello (Fresh Party) - Financial Secretary

Also In attendance was Honorable AbdulKabir Adekunle Akinlade, Honorable Idowu Olowofuja, Honorable Ganiyu Oyedeji GHOCO, Rt Hon Tola Banjo, Fmr. Deputy Speaker of Ogun State House of Assembly, Chief Segun Odegbami, ZLP Governorship candidate, Otunba Dayo Adeneye, Commissioner of Information and Strategies Ogun State, Comrade Desmond Nwachukwu, FIBAN President, Comrade Rotimi Rahmon, INEC representative, Foluke Daramola, Comrade Adeyemi Azeez, National Public Relations Officer of NANS, Candidates of various political parties also made it to the event.
The guest speaker, Dr Afeez Oladejo, PhD a senior lecturer and political analyst, Crescent University gives solutions to vote buying and role of IPAC in putting a lasting end to the menace towards 2019 general elections while taking Ekiti and Osun state as a critical example where vote buying was practicalised.
Meanwhile, The Outgoing IPAC chairman, Chief Mosuro Atanda in his remarks described his years in office as a success with his ever working executives with energy and synergy.
He charges the incoming executives led by Comrade Abayomi Arabambi to shun violence, and embrace peace to move the committee to a greater height.
Speaking after taking his oath of office, IPAC Chairman, Comrade Abayomi Arabambi promised to carry everybody along.
He said that his first points of call would be to work toward ending votes buying and push for the signing of the electoral Act (amendment) bill.
He also promised that IPAC would remain committed to ensuring free and credible elections.
Arabambi in his acceptance speech vows on behalf of the incoming executives to make it a rule and duty to liaise with the government of the State in building a new IPAC/INEC/STATE Government cordial relationship.
He restate commitment towards working tirelessly as the newly elected chairman and unopposed chairman in the history of IPAC with government, political parties, cooperate bodies, security agencies, the press council and other bodies.
