ADC Guber Aspirant condemn Amosun over bad governance

...promises to restore sincerity in government

The most popular governorship aspirant in Ogun state, Prince Gboyega Nasir Isiaka (GNI) has condemned Ogun state governor Senator Ibikunle Amosun and the APC for failing the good people of Ogun State in governance.

He describe the current administration as bad also promised the electorate that the ADC will restore sincerity to governance if given the opportunity at the polls.

The call was made at a rally held to cap a week long sensitization tour organized by the ADC in Ado-Odo/Ota Federal Constituency at Gagan Square, Ota on Friday where over ten housands of party faithfuls members gathered in carnival like atmosphere to establish it's identity in the area.

A Chieftain of the party from Remo division Akogun Pegba Otemolu opened the event with a call on the people of Ogun west to be united on ADC as the party to liberate them from the shackles of underdevelopment.

"Our experience moving around this constituency in the last four days has been terrible. Very bad roads, abysmally low ecomimic activities, visible indices of poverty and hundreds of unemployed youths that have become street urchins. This is failure of governance and the ADC will end this from 2019".

In his address to the teeming crowd, Gboyega Nasir Isiaka fondly called GNI identified lack of sincerity and honesty as the bane of the current administration. "This government from its beginning have been insincere with the people. Very few of its policies have been done with the people in mind. They have done only what suits their ego and corruptly enriches their pocket".

According to him, "We were on tour of Obafemi-Owode/Odeda/Abeokuta North Federal Constituency two week ago and What we saw were not just bad roads but total neglect of rural communities in terms of amenities. We are however shocked that Ado-Odo/Ota could be in this deplorable condition. It is second biggest local governments in this State and major contributor to the revenue profile. Infrastructure here is nothing to write home about".

Continuing, "Moving through Ado-Odo, Igbesa, Alapoti, Agbara, Ota, Ijoko and environs, all you see are signpost of poverty, squalor and degraded environment. Yet the government is wasting billions of borrowed monies building needless bridges where not needed, failed models schools, unoccupiable markets among other drain pipe projects that litter the state at huge cos to future generations. For me, this is insincerity, wickedness and man's inhumanity to man".

He however assured that an ADC government will operate with sincerity, integrity and binding social contract such that the people  reap the dividends of democracy through the construction of quality roads, provision of adequate health care, sound and quality education among others.

"Ado odo/Ota as a border town will enjoy a new deal under the mandate of an agency called Border Towns Development Commission; that we shall create upon assuming office"; He added.

Prince Isiaka was joined on the tour by Party Elders including Chief Joju Fadairo, Chief Pegba Otemolu, Aare Tunde Alabi, Prince Lanre Asungbalaja, Chief Jide Akingbade, Olotu Dipo Sofowora and Hon Johnson Fatoki among others.
